Usually not a fan of spin-offs but Blizzard has always delievered IMO.

I'll get SC Ghost but I really WANT a proper sequel to Starcraft.

They only gained my interest after Swingin' Ape took over development.

I ♥ Metal Arms.

Well it depends on how much Blizzard is looking over this. Blizzard North is great, Swingin' Ape is pretty good, but Blizzard is just godly... So the quality probably depends on how much they are overseeing it. Hopefully it will turn out great... We haven't heard from the game in a long time.
For those who don't know about it, it's basically something like a combination of Splinter Cell and Metroid Prime in the Starcraft universe...

Blizzard indeed pulls a blizzard by delaying until who knows when.

If I'm not mistaken, Blizzard North is all but dismantled (At least, the four who founded that division at least) because of dissatisfaction with Blizzard's master, Vivendi Universal. They were going to put Blizzard up for sale,  Which the Blizzard North didn't take kindly to.They then retracted the sale, but since they didn't like their proverbial chain jerked, the founding 4 left to do their own thing. Before I go really off topic, expect Diablo 3 (if it surfaces within our lifetime or ever) to be have a different feel.

SC Ghost should light up 2005 (Or make for a good launch title for the next batch of consoles..), there aren't any super-killer appz on the schedule. With the exception of Zelda and RE 4 of  course...

They did say that all 3 versions would be identical, including some online support, but I'm not holding my breath.

Dunno, I lost interest when it was announced. I think the words "stealth action game" were the main problem...

Unless Blizzard can make a 3d stealth game have proper error feedback I doubt I'm buying it. Ninja Cop was as far as I tolerate stealth in my games, Metroid Zero Mission and Wind Waker were already too much.

I'm not very interested in this game: it look to similar to Splinter Cell; all I want is to see how the SC plot finishes.

Who cares about Splinter Cell's plot lol... I'm sure he means Starcraft. And Ghost's plot will like be a side story with some cameos and not have much to do with the whole Starcraft plot... Although it would be hilarious if Kerrigan shows up in a boss battle. Also, maybe this takes place before starcraft... Or maybe this takes place while Starcraft and Brood War are happening, and will tie into those games missions.. That would be cool, and Blizzard won't have to deal with tying up plot from SC... that's reserved for a real SC2.
