Topic: minish cap - kinstones

i've got a good idea, an online kinstone game, where you like register, get a kinstone, then put an icon in your profile/blog/whatev, that says you have a kinstone, and if someone sees it who has a kinstone you can see if your kinstones will fuse unlocking something (very early idea phase) i kinds just want to say i have a piece of a kinstone, but what would be the point if no on else had one. if anyone thinks this idea rocks, maybe you want to help me? i'm thinking about researching it maybe some javascript/flash, i guess i would need to get art of kinstones too... shouldn't be to hard i can just screen capture from a emulator (i own the game this is legal right?) anyways, i have nothing to do for the next few days so i'm gonna start now, my email is norebonomis@gmail.com if you want to help

It would only be legal for you to play the game via emulation if you created the ROM you used to play from your own, legally obtained original cart.

Technically it would be 100% illegal for you to use the captured screen shots for your own program, but depending upon the program and how it's used, Nintendo would typically look the other direction.
