Reminiscing about INTERPLAY
« on: August 11, 2004, 06:36:32 AM »
In case you haven't heard, the parent company of Interplay declared bankruptcy, and so Interplay is now dissaolved.  What were your favorite Interplay games?

My favorites:
- Bard's Tale (RPG)
- Battle Chess (chess with attitude!)  ;-)
- Tass Times in Tone Town (illustrated interactive fiction)

Being a Nintendo dude, I'd have to say Lost Vikings and Rock n' Roll Racing.  I'm also partial to Clay Fighter, even though the series is inferior to real fighting games, I like the ridiculous characters too much to hate the games.

But Lost Vikings and Rock 'n Roll Racing, those games were totally awesome!
That's my opinion, not yours.
Now Playing: The Adventures of Link, Super Street Fighter 4, Dragon Quest IX

Fallout was their best series, I'd say. Lucky for us, some other talented nerds have secured the rights.
