Question to ask HVS:
Why do they keep showing games and then changing the overall look and play style so drastically between reveal and release.

What happened to Motion Plus Support?

How do they feel about Gladiator Champion(Move) and that other Gladiator game(WiiWare)?

Have they had any luck licensing out the engine that they have spent so much time perfecting for the Wii? (It's producing some pretty nice visuals for the Wii)

What is the status of The Grinder on the Wii? Are we getting the FPS that was originally shown and if we are, can we also get the 3rd person over the top shooter too?

What is the status on Animales De La Muerte? Is it still on the backburner? Retail Release? Do they have an interested publisher(Sega)?

The Conduit 2..... will it happen? how many copies has the original sold up to this point?
And general ideas on what they would do for a sequel?

Now that they are developing for PS360, what do they think of the motion control alternatives that they provide?

And finally, what other games are they working on right now?
Is it too late to ask another question?

Have they ever considered a "camera lock" button in their configuration? What are the chances of something like that showing up in their next FPS game?

Good news! Sega is doing the smart thing and releasing this game at $30!

New Trailer looks.... garish. I don't think is going to be a Soul Calibur Killer.

Actually, after watching that trailer I'm fairly interested in the game. Sure, the voices and dialogue seem less than stellar but the gameplay looks promising. If it's even remotely similar to Soul Calibur with motion controls I'm down with it. It may not be a 'Calibur Killer' but it could still be quite fun.

For $30 it is more tempting. This is what they should have priced HOTD:Overkill

Overkill is $20 now. Though I'd rather get Darkside Chronicles once that is cheaper.

They should re-advertise HotD now that it's $20. It could push a worthy amount of copies if people knew it at that price.

You know, I think that is one of the biggest failing third parties do. They should advertise their games for longer than the first month before release.

Not a terribly good speaker. Too much 'uh...' so I couldn't not even sit through half of the video. I'll wait for direct feed.

so it averages out to an above average game, nothing to rush out and pre-order.

That only confirms what we already expected since the day it was revealed.
Now they can concentrate on what we do want them to finish which is The Grinder.

If they can make the multi-player like L4D2, it goes from a will buy to a will pre-order.

This game is out already?

One thing I wonder about with reviews of games like this, is if they take the price into consideration. I don't think anyone expects this game to be as good as a $50 game. That said... some of those scores sure are low. GameSpot gave it a 4.5, and I tend to agree with their scores.

Also, some stores are selling this for $50. Watch out!

No need to be price-conscious if you're not going to buy it anyway.

I picked this game up used (minus the case) at Gamestop today for $2.69. Impressions to follow.

Nice price.  If I find it for that price, I'd buy it too.

I don't recall posting in this thread, nor do I recall buying this game. But evidently, I've done both.

So it'll be interesting to see what you think of the game, ShyGuy.

Whew! This waggle fest is giving me a workout! Not bad for a Soul Calibur clone. Character roster is small but interesting. Graphics have a lot of nice affects but the color scheme is very garish. Arenas are pretty. I think there is more to the combat if you learn all the moves and specials.

It may not meet the standards of Ty "I hate Wifi" Shugart, but I like it!

A fighting game value at twice the price! (two times $2.69 equals $5.38)
