Im trying to find out where did the DS is "Younger: come from... the price? Im 22, in Law School, and plan on picking up a DS... and not a PSP... (350 Bones for a Portable PS2 isnt that exiting when ive got a PS2 at home, I need some better games)

Its that same sort of idea, that sinks the Gamecube, with the Crappy Kiddy Comments...  I dont think Nintendo is going for the "Younger" Demographic by making WIFI and Internet gaming an important part of the DS. I dont think Nintendo is going for the Younger Demographic by making Metroid, its Main Game, its pictured on the DS Box...

They didnt make Mario 64x4 the Demo... they made Metroid the Demo... So Going "Kiddy" Is not what Nintendo wants... Its not their fault, they can give consumers a much affordable gaming experience than its competitors.

I love Fighting Games... Just because the System might not have any doesnt mean it wont be any good... The Best Fighting Games are for home consoles anyways....  Street Fighter Alpha 3 Is Nice in the GBA, but its much better on a Sega Dreamcast.

Yeah, Turok is owned by some comic book company or other

turok was from Valiant comics if im not mistaken, same guys behind X-O Manowar... and a bunch of other Stuff.. Acclaim actually bought them, and created Acclaim Comics for a while.

Anyways it seems parts of Acclaim might be bought out according to IGN... So maybe my idea probably is mostly wishfull thinkin...

Its just a matter of time till Acclaim sells its IPs just like 3DO did, I know Nintendo has a stand on not buying others works, but im thinking Nintendo should make an exception with Turok

Sure the last one was terrible, but the series has a long standing with the N64....  and Nintendo could use a FPS type to its advantage...

If i recall... Didnt the guys at Nintendo state that some "aspects" of the Ique would be used for the DS? Thats along time  ago... but if its true.. then it might mean Nintendo making these "Hot spots" to make sort of a Net of DS's connecting throughout the world...

Sucks that RE might jump ship... but hey Capcom screwed us with VJ why not Screw us with RE! Sheesh.... Im definetly disapointed....  Especially since Sega also did the same... No SMB 3... Ugg!

Oh well Ill still buy RE4... Cant Wait... I plan on playing through the entire series once more before this arrives in January.

Not everybody has $$$ for games, and occasionally youve got the clutter as well...


The Problem is the game, if its a popular game, they actually give less to you than normal... I suggest Gamestop, than EB they pay alot more...

I generally, Buy new and Sell the used games.  Nintendo doesnt get a dime when you buy a used game anyways

Maybe Miyamoto didnt "hate" DKC, but to say its got Mediocre Gameplay is pretty frigging harsh IMO.... Makes me think if the Rare-Nintendo break up  had more history than what we know...

ITs a show on G4 Tech Tv... They basically tell the story of important people, companies or organizations or games in the industry.... Ive seen alot of them already.... From  cool ones like the one on Tetris, DK, The Game Boy ( The Story of Yokoi was very sad) EA, Peter Moleneux, To boring ones like the one on the ESRB....

Tommy Tallarico is a hypocritical ass. Thats pretty much it. As i understand it, he got fired from Retro, thats mostly what i think causes his Nintendo Hate.

Hes fine bashing anything Cel Chaded, Cartoony, non online on the Gamecube but praises similar games on PS2/X-Box. His whole reasoning is, judging from his comments on the Tech TV boards, is I make Money. I drive a Ferrari, so Im right your not...  Big Deal. Hes an idiot. Good for him.

Plus Adam and Morgan are way better anyways. X-Play>Judgement Day

Yuji Naka already has said hed like to see it happen... Nintendo has great relations with Sega and Capcom....  Id add Namco too Just to add Pacman.

Would it be expensive? Yes.... but it would sell like Hot cakes .

Nintendo could probably make some deals to pull it off...   Namco got Link for Soul Calibur..

At least it has a demo. The GBA came with nothing. To me its Gravy, Picto Chat was fine as it is...

The important thing is a good selection of launch titles.  Something lacking with the Last couple of Nintendo consoles. If theres plenty of cool games, then the demo wont matter.

that the DS regretfully doesnt have the hardware to make Soul Calibur work. Soul Edge most definetly but not Soul Calibur.... and personally if thats the case, id rather see them Port Tekken 3 to the N64, than Soul Edge.

Well Metroid was missing for the same amount of time as Punch Out and it came back this generation.  I still hold hope to see it with the Revolution. Especially if its got some cool Gyroscopes and sensors, so you can duck and weave like the Konami Arcade Boxing game.... That would rock the Cashbaw....


Oh and not horribly original or anything but I want a Smashbrothers 3 Nintendo vs the World for the Revolution. With Joe, and Sonic! Not an old franchise, but so what, i wanted to point that out that i want a cool new Smash Bros for the next Console.
