Well Vince Gilligan admitted that they're just making up Breaking Bad as they go along
As far as i know they've got the outline for at least one flash forward ahead, and later as season goes, they fill in the details.

As long as there is at least some thought and some foreplanning involved, i'm fine. Ideally -- you're fixed in number of seasons and know exactly what you're doing in each of them and how you want your character to be like.

Beast Boy (from Teen Titans) is Mikey? The voices sound so alike...
Yep. I really like his voice. Others are some Hollywood guys, one of them is American Pie guy and the other one is Samwise. Oh and April is Katara i think.

I hate the new character designs. Why are they so angular? It's like they took Bruce Timm's (Batman: TAS, Superman: TAS) character designs and mashed them with CG animation, which does not look good together.
I see nothing wrong with angularity. And it's not really Timm style. Check Green Lantern cartoon to see how Timm's style looks in CGI. Even GL is actually a very good show, but comparing them in animation and designs, TMNT looks much better.

And there is only so many styles you can draw turtles in. Even 2003 show's designs were pretty angular, being drawn and all.

Like I said, I've been watching Battlestar Galactica again and introducing it to some friends of mine. We just finished season two, so it's pretty much all downhill from here.
Yeah, at first i really believed that creators indeed have some plan for this show, but in later season it became pretty apparent they just make it as they go, which i hate.

After first two season, i think they only good moments were revelation of the five (?) but that was the last spot.

It just seems like yet another feature Nintendo likes to throw in just to see if it sticks.

Like microphone on japanese famicom and DS and many other features.

I really like the idea but seeing how Skylanders are not using even if it's exactly the same technology sets a really bad precedent.

When do you think that Retro City Rampage will appear on Wiiware?
Dev said the plan is before the end of the year...

I am ready for them to miss that date, as long as RCR will come eventually -- i'll be there, i've waited too, too, too freaking long for this game not to pick it up now on WiiWare.

PS. what does that have to do with Wii U?

3205
Wii U has an editor, right?

Then what will stop you from making your own Nintendo (or whatever) characters? You're probably be able to tear these apart or just recreate them. Or even easier -- download from community.

It's cool, but doesn't seem all that substantial considering the editor is already there.

So, we're planning on recording a new episode of the Famicast this weekend. If you guys have any questions that you want answered on the show, please feel free to ask!!!! There should be lots of cool game to talk about, so be sure to tune in and listen...or download and listen...to the enhanced edition to see funny and/or sexy pics.
I've seen how in a few Game Center CX shows they keep referring to Korea, China as Asia. As in "Arino's trip to Asia", "i've been to Asia". I think they even referred Malaysia or Philippine as Asia.

Do they not consider themselves as Asia or what? Or everything on the west of japan island is considered Asia? Then why Malaysia is Asia?

There is no real reason for developers to really support the CCP.
Expect for people who have it.

The Wii U Pro Controler has more functions
Like what?.. Rumble? Oh, and clickable sticks i guess...

Still forcing people to buy that by removing CPP support would be dickish.

Ducktales, and then Darkwing Duck.

Do it, Spector.

Bad News:  Not backwards compatible w/ Wii, meaning it can't function as a CCP.
Ahaha, i guess i am not buying it anytime soon.

Unless they will force me to by not including CCP support in newer games... Which they might...

I have my CCP Pro and simply see no reason to get this anyway.

Burnout Paradise is an open world racing game.

Upcoming NFS: Most Wanted made by the same studio is also supposed to be the same.

How am i supposed to get to a puzzle piece and a flower on world 1 on the left page?
http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/wii/file/fluidity_1_left.png
It's in the middle on the left.
The things is the path is blocked by a wooden wall which you can only break with an ice form. But there is no way you can get there as an ice block.

What am i missing here?

Homeland:
This is probably, undeniably, the best new show of last year. There has not been a bad episode yet, and that continues into the 2nd season so far. s02e03 airs tonite, and I look forward to tuning in as soon as I can. This show is a must watch for anyone looking for good television.
First season had a plenty of boring ones. Overall the entire season was pretty underwhelming, when instead of spy thriller you get erotic melodrama about a crazy person. The main motivation is pretty BS-y, too.

The ending was really good, though.

For some reason i find that this and Shadow Line (BBC show) are really similar even if they don't match in genre, setting or anything really. The overall paranoia feel is similar and the tone even more high strung in Shadow Line, which is also i feel is an overall better show. Prepare for some of mind screwing twists at the end of every episode.

As to me, i started watching new TMNT show. Overall i like it, it's inoffensive and funny, i like rubbery animation and the intro is really kickass. Very last episode was eh, but the first three very pretty good.

Also Green Lantern: TAS. Last steampunk episode was really cliche'd but the ending was really, REALLY good. Also, "thanks" CN for not airing it.

The show is kinda all over the place: it starts usually with establishing main threat and then you get a few fillery Star Trek TOS-y episodes (which are very good in their own right). Then by episode 10-12 it got REALLY good with all plot lines coming to half season finale.

Overall the best airing superhero cartoon, too bad that with Avengers gone there is simply no competition.

I have a 4gb car sitting and waiting for Animal Crossing.
Wasn't Animal Crossing for GC ridiculously small? Like a few dozens of Mbs...

General Gaming / Re: How many games...?

About a dozen for Wii, GC, GBA and 3DS each. And i think just four for the DS.

3218
Why? What's the point?
Aren't they literally cutting their own sales by half this way?
Or do they expect their audience not to have any friends that they can give additional copy to?
But then what's the point..

If anyone cares there is a few videos from the official conference Nintendo held at russian expo:

I didn't know that both Shibata and Nintendo's George Clooney (Laurant Fischer) were there.

I'm not sure how much direct management NOE has in Russia... they still list an external distributor under contacts for Russia.
There is an official representative for Russia and CIS. And they were present at IgroMir biggest russian videogame expo, help a presentation and brought 3ds and wii u units.

External distributor is probably shop they partner with to do this online shop (it usually sells women's clothing from what i can tell).

It was funny how that mir.nintendo site was redirecting to kupivip after it crashed.

Nintendo never does their own preorders or sell consoles directly. Maybe they'll expand this to the rest of the world too?
Russia is kinda of a special case i think...

But Iwata did mention they intend to expand into Asia, so maybe they will do that in China too.

By the way, a few hours after Nintendo Direct (where Shibata specifically addressed russian audience) shop closed registration because they're were out of pre-orders. And a bit later it crashed because it couldn't cope with traffic.

Kinda of surprising that there is enough demand for this. Here Nintendo is extremely niche.

Looks like homebrew loader  ;)

Also, no way it will be like that, MiiVerse is gotta fit in there somewhere.
