it is very likely that this new zelda game is in fact the GBA one being developed by capcom...i do find it hard to believe that they would show the new one so soon, as it is against Ninty's policy

1) it WILL be online...Nintendo is going online someday and this is the game to promote it

2) there should NOT be many extra characters...ive heard people saying "oh boy put in daisy, and waluigi, and mega man!"...i think not.  If anything there should be maybe 2 new characters, Koopa(the long awaited ) and some other differentiated Nintendo character.

3) we need lots of battle arenas.  4 i think was very minimal in the past two.  I would like at least 8 new ones plus...BLOCK FORT!

but also, Miyamoto is VERY humble.  He has criticized his own games by admitting himself that Super Mario Sunshine wasn't a super game and that Pikmin was really short.  Him saying that this will be a great game should really mean something

it is obviously coming sometime this year...most likely during the summer.  I read that they are changing the formula so people picking it up for the first time can challenge those that played the n64 version.  The graphics are sweet in the preview shots from last year, so hopefully they are even better now
