Nintendo's next console will be on display at the Consumer Electronics Show

Nintendo are going to be gracing the Consumer Electronics Show with their presence in Las Vegas next year, and it seems the Wii U will be the star attraction.

While not typically a gaming expo, the CES has seen a rise in game-related activity over recent years, and next year's event will be the first to ever feature booths from Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony.

Besides the new console itself, no word on what specifics Nintendo will bring to the table have been made, but we'll keep you up to date as soon as we get more information.

The expo will run from the 10th to the 13th of January 2012.

Hooray! Hopefully we'll get to see some Nintendo games this time around! CES is right around the corner!

Even if we don't get any games and just the E3 demos again the key is to get this into the hands of the Non-Gaming press because there was a lot of Brand Confusion when they announced the Wii U.  A ton of major outlets thought it was an extension of the Wii.  This would be a wonderful time to show a Non-Wii looking console.
