Nintendo are going to be gracing the Consumer Electronics Show with their presence in Las Vegas next year, and it seems the Wii U will be the star attraction.

While not typically a gaming expo, the CES has seen a rise in game-related activity over recent years, and next year's event will be the first to ever feature booths from Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony.

Besides the new console itself, no word on what specifics Nintendo will bring to the table have been made, but we'll keep you up to date as soon as we get more information.

The expo will run January 10 to 13, 2012.
