Welcome to the 2003 edition of PGC’s annual gala event, The Louie Awards. This is the third year we’ve done these awards, honoring the best of the year and putting the worst in their place.

The process was really quite simple. The senior staff went through the entire year and decided upon a list of nominees. After this painstaking process the whole staff got together and cast their votes for who should win, except for Jonny. It was his job to break any ties that came up along the way. Whichever nominee received the most votes won the category, with a runner-up being declared for the nominee with the second most votes; not all categories have a runner up.
