In a time when mankind travels the Universe, biologically-engineered animals, live happily amongst the humans. But one Animal-Men, Zooligan, has initiated a revolt and plans to rule the Universe with his followers. It’s up to the Cosmo Keepers’ (think Superfriends or Justice League) greatest warrior, Blender, to save the galaxy from an evil tyranny!

As the main character, Blender the dog must navigate seven planets to defeat the head Zooligans and set things right. Blender must use his long doggie-ears to fight, fly (a la Rayman) and more if to clear all 28 levels. Scattered throughout the game are 20 mysterious Mini-Bros. that aid Blender with their unique abilities. Much like Castlevania: Circle of the Moon’s cards, these little monsters will fight in tandem with Blender or enhance his capabilities. Though a side-scrolling adventure at heart, the camera will sweep behind Blender at certain points. To keep things interesting, Blender Bros. will also feature eight multiplayer modes including “VS.” and “Kart Racing” games.

Not much else is known about this title, but platformer fans should keep an eye out for Blender Bros. come April!
