You guys in the UK pay 20 pounds for games that cost $20 in the US? Man what a total rip-off.

SharOctober 14, 2004

WHAT!?! Why isnt Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes in this list!!!!

Ian SaneOctober 14, 2004

"WHAT!?! Why isnt Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes in this list!!!!"

Probably because it's not a Player's Choice title in North America either.

KDR_11kOctober 14, 2004

Ian: In continental Europe we pay 30€, that's roughly the same. And I think in percentages that's the same price drop. But yes, the UK gets ripped off on a regular basis when it comes to video games.

If those drops are also valid for the rest of Europe I might be tempted to grab FZero... But then I hate racing games, especially hard ones...

Confusion. WHY DO SEGA INSIST ON LETTING ATARI PUBLISH SOME OF THEIR STUFF IN EUROPE? Bloody hell, just give it all to THQ. I'm surprised SMC sold more than ten copies let alone make it to a Player's Choice with Atari behind it. Spiderman The Movie? I was kinda under the impression that was a Player's Choice title last year. Who the hell would buy it now? Same goes with Enter the Matrix. >_>

Resident Evil 0, eh? RAD.

KDR_11kOctober 15, 2004

Back then they were still called Infogrames...

Another thing: Why is the front Sega logo on SMC pixelated to hell? It looks like it as 8 pixels high and resized with a bicubic filter.
