Well, it's that time again - Animal Crossing owners are in for a real treat with the revelation of another NES game, Donkey Kong 3. This rounds out all the Donkey Kong themed games available within the game (the others being Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. and Donkey Kong Jr. Math).

Donkey Kong 3 is the very strange offshoot of the NES Donkey Kong series - Mario is strangely missing, with you controlling the character Stanley the Bugman (for more information about him, check out his trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee). Stanley's job is to protect his flowers from bugs, and also our main ape, Donkey Kong. Using his trusty bug spray (it gets better), Stanley has to squirt insectiside up at Donkey Kong to force him to climb higher and eventually get his head stuck in a beehive.

To obtain this NES masterpiece, simply go to the Animal Crossing homepage. Select 'Travel' just underneath "The Crossing Guardian" headline, and then click on the "Welcome back, sir..." banner near the bottom of the screen featuring Porter the Monkey.
