In order to celebrate the opening of their new New York City Pokémon Center store, Nintendo is giving the US market a nice little surprise. Tomorrow, Nintendo will make available in the US the Pokémon MiNi unit. The Pokémon MiNi is a tiny little game system about the size of the Pocket Pikachu. It plays very simple Pokémon games that can be enjoyed with other players via the IR link on the unit. The MiNi comes with one mini game cartrige, Pokémon Party Mini, and other games will be avaliable for about $10 each. The Pokémon MiNi unit will be available only at the New York City Pokémon Center or online at the Pokémon Center website.
