More details should be available on the GBA website soon. They will probably have multiplayer titles like Mario Advance, F-Zero, and Mario Kart Advance for you to play. One of the Advance Team members I...er...played on...heh...had Diddy Kong Pilot. Either way...there's plenty of GBA gaming to be done on..er...to...with these Advance Team members.
Where exactly should you look for the tour? I would listen to Top 40/Alternative Radio Stations, or even watch TV news morning shows to catch sightings. Nintendo loves to promote these things on local media outlets. If there's a festival going on, or something like that...Nintendo will most likely be there.
