Let the Cranky Kong hype commence!

Following a successful reboot last year, we now have an official date for the 2015 Game Awards.

The 2015 ceremony will air online through Twitch and Youtube on December 3, and will eminate from the Microsoft (previously Nokia) Theater in Los Angeles. As with last year, Nintendo will be serving on the advisory committee for the awards along with Sony, Microsoft, Valve and other publishers.

The 2014 show, a reboot of the Spike TV Video Game Awards, saw Nintendo win several awards and also saw the reveal of Super Mario Maker's Mario 3 and World skins. The show ended with pre-delay Zelda Wii U footage.

I don't quite understand the ethics of having big publishers of games on the advisory board of the award show for said games. Whatever who cares, I look forward to any potential announcements that are made although I'm not getting my hopes up.
