Time for another Shaq Attack.

Shaq Fu: The Legend Continues has been announced via Indiegogo, and will make its way to Wii U if it surpasses $1,080,000 in contributions, and 3DS if it passes $960,000.

The game will be a sequel to the critically panned SNES and Sega Genesis fighter Shaq Fu. Instead of a fighting game, The Legend Continues will instead be a Beat-'em-Up in the style of Streets of Rage. The game is being developed by Big Deez Productions, in partnership with Shaquille O'Neal. The team is made up of various developers from games such as Street Fighter, Final Fantasy, Duke Nukem and more.

"Shaq Fu is what the original game should have been – an instant classic," states the game description on Indiegogo. "We're talking Streets of Rage meets Street Fighter meets Devil May Cry. It’s a modern day take on the classic beat ‘em up. Play as Shaquille O’Neal – learn hundreds of moves and battle techniques, take on thousands of enemies with dozens of cool melee weapons, battle bosses in dynamic arenas, master cool finishing moves and play with your buddies in COOP mode or against each other in player vs player combat."

A planned release date is yet to be given.

My problem with stretch goals is what if you only want that stretch goal but it doesn't get there? Like hypothetically, if I gave $10 towards this because I want a Wii U version but it doesn't get there, then what? Like it reaches its goal to get the game made but doesn't get enough for a Wii U version? I would want my money back because I only donated to get a Wii U version.

That's why I usually hold off on contributing until it gets near or to the stretch goal I want. I realize if everyone did that none of the stretch goals would be reached, but it's not worth it to me otherwise.

Smash and Mario Kart 8 are no longer my most wanted Wii U games. This.... THIS... man....

So Shaq made $293 million in his career, and you have to PAY $6500 to be on the dev team?

Nuke this from orbit.

Um... Shaq needs kung fu lessons again, and the studio he wants to go to does not accept Shaq money!  :@
