The final Operation Rainfall title will indeed be published by Xseed Games.

Pandora’s Tower will be coming to North America in the spring of 2013. Nintendo has given Xseed Games the rights to publish the Wii title in the region.

Ganbarion developed Pandora’s Tower in conjunction with Nintendo while Nintendo handled the publishing of the title in every other major region in the world.

We need this on the Wii U eshop!

Darkurai the Oracle Pony January 16, 2013

Well, so much for that RFN prediction.

SonofMrPeanut January 16, 2013

That is HILARIOUS!  This morning before the announcement I was listening to the latest RFN where they said localizing the game was a lost cause.  Come lunch I read this.  My sides. XD

FUCK YEAH! :reggie:

Mr. Adolph Vega January 16, 2013

They might as well up convert it and fix some issues and make it a wii u game

joshnickerson January 17, 2013

Cool. This wasn't exactly on my radar due to the luke-warm reviews it got, but I'll pick it up to support X-Seed and the Big N.

So every Operation Rainfall title has been released in the US. Does that mean the internet will stop bitching now?

...yeah. Yeah, I suppose they won't.

Will that come with a collector's box that people will pay for and never actually get too?

EasyCure January 17, 2013

I'll be honest, like the other Operation Rainfall titles, I've only heard of this game on the forums and know nothing about it. Just watched a trailer and it looks pretty awesome.. dammit.

Racht January 17, 2013

Very glad I didn't go ahead with my order for the PAL version of Pandora's Tower. I'll be picking this one up as soon as it releases here in North America. I guess I'll go ahead and import Disaster: Day of Crisis and Project Zero 2 now. :)

AND Fatal Frame 2 and 4, as well as any Wii U games Nintendo of America refuses to bring over.

TJ Spyke January 17, 2013

Fatal Frame IV is understandable because it was full of bugs and Tecmo refused to fix them (which is what caused Nintendo not to localize it).

Khushrenada January 17, 2013

Operation Rainfall 2:

Disaster: Day of Crisis
Captain Rainbow
Giftpia
Mother 3

I admit it. I'm insatiable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ejamer January 17, 2013

Jokes about being insatiable aside, there is no good reason why Fatal Frame 2 wasn't released in North America.  I'd love to see more games for Wii... but that is one that should've been made available.
