iQue Player

Designed to fend off the rampant piracy in China, the iQue Player uses a proprietary memory card electronically tagged to only work with the iQue unit with which it is sold. The system and its memory card cost around $60 and can play N64 and SNES games downloaded onto the card at retail stores for under $6.

The controller (possibly the entire unit) resembles an N64 controller in a GameCube controller form-factor. The analog stick and D-pad are found on the left side, and the A, B and C-buttons on the right. The underside harbors the special flash memory card.

Likely candidates for iQue games include Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time and Star Fox 64.
