007: First Light will return on Switch 2, but not this year as initially planned.

The Switch 2 version of the spy shooter from IO Interactive has been delayed from a planned 2026 launch to March 2027, according to a IOI social media post. The game launched on other platforms on May 26.

The Switch 2 version was already delayed from this launch, and appeared in the sizzle reel near the end of last week's general Nintendo Direct with just a "2026" date. The delay is to allow additional time to polish the performance of the Switch 2 version.
