Hey guys, just made level 2 and wanted to get this important question out of the way before I have to make a decision... What team should I join in Pokémon Go for Gym Battles?

Will there be an NWR Community Team? Is everyone joining different teams? What's going on?

When it is released (officially, legally, whatever) I'd be happy to join an NWR Team. That'd be tits!

It came out yesterday in the US! My friends and I are Team Valor (red) all the way.

Yeah, I'm on Team Valour too. Seems the majority of the gyms around me are occupied by either Red or Blue teams.

Go Team Red!

It is so volatile in my area that is is hard to tell which was preferred. Blue and Yellow seem to have more "hardcore" players where I live and they are constantly roaming around town fighting over the same gyms. Red is stronger up north but they seem to not be as advanced as the others down south.

I want a health amount of all teams so there will always be gyms to take over or train at.

In my area Yellow has a strong presence downtown but they haven't touched the gym directly by where I live. I'm interested in trying to challenge it at some point.

I've been hearing alot about this game recently....

I actually was at Six Flags earlier today and saw a bunch of people playing while i was in line.
I pulled out my phone and I joked about having just caught a Bulbasaur, and one of the teens in line in front of me got all excited and wondered how I caught him since all he was getting was rats. He was highly disappointed to find out that I was just kidding and never actually played the game.

But what I've been hearing is that not only did this game skyrocket Nintendo's stock value, but that it's actually doubled the amount of users than Tinder, and is actually a great way to meet new people.
Unfortunately for those blindly following the hunt for more pokemon, they are being hit by cars by walking into the middle of the street, falling off a cliffs(?), and getting set up to be robbed with poke-lures.

So exactly how big is this game right now?

I joined Team Blue as that was the team my wife joined. I'm annoyed at how powerful the gym masters are. I'm never going to be able to defend a gym by the looks of it.

I am also Team Blue (Mystic) now.
Got my arse kicked a gym. Not fun. Learned after that apparently you can dodge attacks by swiping the screen or something? It'll be a long while before I get to test that out probably.
Just how do you level up your pocket monsters anyway?
