The greatest - and most expensive - DSiWare title is about to get some extra definition.

In the most recent update to the Kickstarter for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, WayForward announced that Shantae: Risky's Revenge Director's Cut has been submitted to both Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe, meaning a release could follow quickly provided the game passes lotcheck.

Released in October 2010 in North America, the game got a 9 from our own Zach Miller in its DSiWare incarnation. The Director's Cut was released on PlayStation 4 in June of last year, while the release date for a 3DS version is still up in the air.
