Peach joins the Mario Bros. color-coded Wii Remote Plus variations.

A new Peach Pink Wii Remote Plus is scheduled to hit North American stores this month.

This new remote joins two other character-themed versions released last year, a red Mario and green Luigi Wii Remote Plus. The Mario Bros. remotes have themed colors to match the iconic characters they represented, such as blue case backings for their overalls, gold and brown face buttons to match their overall buttons and shoes, and black D-pads to evoke their mustaches. Peach's controller follows this trend, with layered pink hues to match her royal gown, blue buttons to echo her favorite jewelery hue, and a gold D-Pad to match her crown. To match the M and L logos placed over the speakers, Peach has a crown emblem to complete the design.

The new controller will retail for $39.99 and will begin to appear at stores in late April, a few weeks ahead of the release of Mario Kart 8 for Wii U.

I don't like these themed controllers that much. The simplistic design of the regular ones are for me. But good to have variety for those who want them.
Nintendo players and One Piece readers, just better people.

They look pretty nice in my opinion. I'd consider getting a Bowser or Wario themed remote, or even a Waluigi one, but we all know the next is going to be an ugly white and red Toad remote.
