A free update is coming to Mutant Mudds on the 3DS.

Treasurenauts has been delayed from a late 2013 release to a Q1 release in 2014. Jools Watsham, co-founder and director at developer and eShop publisher Renegade Kid, revealed this news on his blog. 

The reasons for the delay given were not related to issues with the game, but the team's goal to make it the best game possible. With the delay of Treasurenauts also came the news of Mutant Mudds 2 development being placed on hold. This is being done in order to work on another 2D platformer, which is probably one of the two unannounced games he mentioned that are in the works.

Mutant Mudds on the Nintendo 3DS will also be recieiving a free update. No information has been given besides a release of sometime in 2014, and that " It will be luxurious!"

Renegade Kid has published  and the developed many games on Nintendo systems, and has more in the works including the previously announced survival horror game Cult County.
