The highlight of the week lies on WiiWare with both the full game release and demo of Fluidity, published by Nintendo, an action puzzle game in which players control a pool of water that can turn into ice and steam in order to travel the various game worlds. Tilting of the Wii Remote is used to control the pool of water and navigate throughout the obstacles. The demo can be downloaded free of charge, while the full game has been priced at 1,200 Wii Points ($12).

The second title of the week is Racer's Islands from ZALLAG, a 600 Wii Point ($6) racing title in which players can partake in five different challenges, including ice hockey and paintball.

The third and final WiiWare game for the week is Fireplacing from Korner Entertaintment,  a 500 Wii Point ($5) virtual fireplace app designed to celebrate different festivities.

Virtual Console Arcade makes a return with two classic arcade titles from Capcom. The first of these is Wolf of the Battlefield: COMMANDO, an upwards-scrolling shooting game starring Super Joe, labeled as one of the first games of its kind. The second Capcom arcade title is SONSON, a side-scrolling action game where players take control of a monkey. Both arcade titles can be downloaded for 800 Wii Points ($8).

DSiWare sees three new games added to its catalog. The first is Dairojo! Samurai Defenders from Abylight. For 800 DSi Points ($8), players can participate in strategy battles by placing characters across the maps and using their unique abilities to take down their enemies.

The second title this week is Space Ace from Digital Leisure. Originally a laserdisc arcade game featuring scenes animated by Don Bluth (The Secret of Nimh, Anastasia), players take control of Ace as they guide him through various quick-time event challenges. Space Ace has been priced at 800 DSi Points ($8).

The final game for the week is Rytmik Rock Edition from Cinemax, a music creation tool. Players can add instruments and beats to a basic note pattern to create a full song. Rytmik Rock Edition is available for 200 DSi Points ($2).
