Note that there's no capitalization, so this isn't THE "God", it could just be A "god" or "GOD". Although one might read into the interaction between GOD and EINSTEIN...

Game will be out September 15th 2009 in the states.

I'm definitely preordering this. I think it's going to be hard to find this game for the first few weeks when it comes out.

Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I went to the Nintendo World Store release today and picked it up! I had a lot of errands to run today so I haven't really played that much, but it's really a great game- it feels like everyone will have their own style to play and it kind of reminds me of the way Tetris is played by everyone. The 5th Cell guys were at the store signing atographs and there was a huge Scribblenauts cake! I got a cupcake and a one of those note pads that have been floating around, I didn't get an autograph, but I got some pictures and stuff.
This game is Great!!

I forgot my camera at home so the Scribblenauts products were photo'd by an iPhone and the cake pics are from a DSi camera 8)

Check it out:

This is officially my favorite game for the DS, maybe my favorite game ever!

This is the pencil and pad. The paper doesn't have adhesive so they can be used as stickies, but it's nice regardless.

Here's the awesome looking and tasty smelling Maxwell cake! I didn't stick around to see it get cut, but I did get to chew that cup cake and cookie!

I just drove down to TRU to get it only to find out that they don't open till 10am

edit:
I just bought Scribblenauts and as he was about to give me my gift card, he realized they didn't have any promotional ones for the game. He grabbed one of the gift cards off the rack, but I had to stop him. He grabbed a diamond ring looking giftcard. He put it back and grabbed the only other one on the rack, a Bratz card. So I left the gaming area and and had to grab my own more generic gift card.

Anyways. I'm off to play the game.

I thought this game was gonna be relatively easy with me just using whatever I want to do whatever I want, but I don't alwas get what I expect, and when I do it doesn't always have the effect that I expected.

Having said that, level 11 of the gardens took me way too many tries to solve.

I typed in transporter, and was surprised to find myself in the 5th Cell office(?) with the staff members(?), one of them a zombie. not the desired effect at all.

I had a lot of trouble with 1-4 puzzle stage in the gardens. It drove me crazy all night!
I did the exact same thing about an hour ago! Any clue about what Marius Fahlbusch would want? I gave him a sandwich money and a wife, but they didn't work.

I meant 1-4 in Action Mode. It's the one with the blue switch.

The tree up on the ledge and the blue switch in the ditch behind it.

It took me a minute, but I figured it out.

Well, I was going to hold off on it a bit longer, but I think I'll pick it up, seeing as how apparently the puzzles are more than just "Write an object, the object will almost always get you by."  That was my biggest fear, that despite how unique everything acted, it really meant squat in the gameplay of things.

I'll head out and get it in a little bit, along w/ Mario and Luigi 3, as well as The Office season 4.  Take 'em all down at once.
