Looks like it's 50 characters, but I know I'd never assign a title that long. Well, maybe if it was really, really good. But it would have to be friggin brilliant.

....Is it just this computer, but today when I was at school, the title I asked for was under my name. But now that I am home, it is not there. Did you take it off for some reason? Maybe found out I'm to new....hehe.

Sometimes we admins forget the little overwrite option we have to set, if we do, the title goes away after another post from the user
