Naah, it's not even close to a swastika, but it reminds me a bit of the JKII logo. I just have zero to no talent when it comes to 2d stuff.

robo: You just need to load it (or maybe the higher res source) into GIMP, goto edit->image size (or something like that), save it as GIF or PNG and reupload it to your webspace. If it isn't hosted on your own webspace, get yourself a webpage, PGC doesn't tolerate abuse of other people's bandwidth.
