Try Victoria Celes from Hellsing or that girl from Tsukuyomi (forgot the name), last I checked vampires count as undead.

I wonder what Bill's current avatar is? Going by the color scheme and the theme I'd say Arcueid but I don't think anyone knows that character and the expression doesn't match anyway.

although I watched trough fansubs, the local anime channel is airing it and my brother is rewatching it, along with Last Exile, Full Metal Alchemist, Wolfs Rain and a whole lot of other series, great channel.
