***GotG Spoilers***
Well, they may have some residual power left over from the Purple Orb, and Drax did take a dip in the Celestial fluids that may have some unknown effects... especially when combined with being charged up by the Purple Orb.
Alot can happen in GotG 2 before they come to Earth. not to mention whatever other Cosmic movies happen to take place before A3:IG
What I'm actually wandering is if there will be a Thanos centric movie where he goes around wrecking shop around the Galaxy collecting Infinity Stone. Maybe have that be a plot point at the end of Thor 3.
Thanos showing up to an Asgard in ruins (thanx Loki) and he waltz's into the Treasure Room and grabs the Tesseract and absorbs it into the Gauntlet which is stored a few displays further down.
Then it continues into his own movie, where he wrecks the Nova Corps (leading to the Nova Force going to one person.... Richard Rider) and collects the Purple Orb, goes to a few other planets and picks up some other one, visits Nowhere and grabs the Aether, and then heads toward Earth for the Soul Gem which would currently be in the possession of Dr. Strange.
Everyone Thanos wronged in pursuit of the Gems of course races to head him off before he can collect the last one... and that's our lead into the Avengers 3. mid credits would be the creation of Nova and him seeking revenge on Thanos for the World Mind (is that what it is called? the thing that houses the Nova Force?).
Post credits would be a brown haired girl sitting in the park, feeding the squirrels on a beautiful sunny day.
Well the nerf was did a bit purposely to make it feel less super heroy. You still see a nit like when Gamoera made the ROTJ esque super jump in the prison.
We probably won't get a Thanos centric film, but I wouldn't be surpised if we start to see more of him in the cosmic line of films like Thor 3 and Guardians 2.
If we get a MCU Nova its probably going to be Sam Alexander since he's getting a big push these days. They probably won't wreck the Nova core early since its space shield, but I think were going to see the Centurians show up soon.
I just reading all of the Inhumanity cross over and its pretty rife to how to bring the inhumans in the MCU with a bit of tweaking.
So in the previous event Infinty the Mad Titan Thanos attacked the earth wanting tribute since the avengers were out in space fighting in the war against the builders. Thanos crew goes to Orallan an inhuman city of commoner and Atillan the royal inhuman city, knowing that this is possibly the end Black Bolt has his brother build a bomb into and once the city fall the Terrgian Mist (what gives inhumans their powers) spread across the globe putting anyone of inhuman lineage into their coccoun to transform. Turns out Black Bolt was always going to do this but the war with Thanos escalted his plans.
Inhumanity is the after math with Black Bolt, his brother, and son thought dead. Medusa the queen of the inhumans decides to take control and offer sacanturay to all new inhumans and rebuilds her kingdom on a new island in the harbor of new York.
This works in the MCU several ways. First off prior to this Inhumans are still a thing but in secret, they tend to give the mists on a smaller Indivual basis, but people have stolen some of the mists, or gave inhumans powers with out the mists and it tends to end badly. (Scorch in Agents of shield, as well as the twins), there's also sort of a gentic marker than inhumans share before getting powered up by the mists. (like Skye and Flowers).
Also unlike the xmen who for the most part look human with the expection of a few, inhumans are far more varaible and even a succesful transformation can make you look like a demon, hence the monster thing with skye.
That used to be dorris a kindly old grandmother who worked as a typist at Daredevil's law firm.
In the current comics they've been introducing inhumans pretty often but the actual book inhuman has been delayed heavily only being at issue #3 when it should be at issue 4 or 5.
The new Ms.Marvel got her powers because she's an inhuman.
