Is that why it's different? That sucks. I actually hate the Voltorb game, since every game comes down to at least one chance flip, and I ALWAYS get the Voltorb.

Yeah, it actually started with Pokemon Platinum. The PAL version of the game had the Voltorb game instead of slot machines, I guess Nintendo didn't want to make different versions for North America and PAL regions. The Japanese version still has the Voltorb game. What I usually do is only pick the rows/columns with no Voltorbs, then I quit and take whatever coins I got. I usually get 3-9 coins each time I play this way, hence why I will hate winning 9,999 coins (I won't waster time trying to win enough coins for TM's, but this is the only way to get Porygon).

If you don't mind, I would like to evolve my Slowpoke into Slowking (which, as you probably know, happens by being traded while holding a King's Rock).

Regarding Dewgong and Muk, do you specifically want those ones and not their pre-evolved forms? Either way I could have them ready by tomorrow night (as I only have one of each and would need to breed them), plus I can get Natu and Snover.

As for Groudon, once I get it I will be happy to let you borrow it to get Rayquaza (my Pokemon are almost strong enough to take on Red).

Whenever you want to do the trades (tonight, tomorrow, whenever), I have Snover/Natu/Muk/Dewgong ready. The first two are hatched from eggs and thus are level 1 (the Snover has Blizzard, a move it normally learns at level 41), the Muk I caught in Celadon City is at level 15 (Grimer normally doesn't evolve until level 38).

I have a Magmar that I would also like to evolve if you don't mind.

My main team are all 72 or 73: Meganium, Gyarados, Raichu, Nidoqueen, Noctowl, Golem.

I know it's not the best team (I should probably add a fire type, maybe a dedicated psychic) and I know my Pokemon are still a little too low since Red's team are all 75 and up. After I beat Red I will start raising some other Pokemon to be on my team since I haven't change my lineup since I caught Gyarados and had it replace Quagsire, Nidoqueen is basically my HM slave.

You are easily good to go right now. I had a level 60-61 team and wiped the floor with him. Either that or I got lucky. I didn't use 1 HP restore item. I had:

Typhlosion
Magnezone
Poliwrath
Victreebell
Tauros

I've been spending a lot of time in the Pokeathlon Dome (get evolutionary stones), and I hate the Pennant Capture game. I am trying to get 35 flags (which is needed to break the first record), this is the last record I need to get access to the Friendship Room. Breaking the records on all 10 events also adds another star to your Trainer Card. The closest i've gotten is 33 flags (even using Pokemon that have 5 stars in speed and skill).

BTW, the Battle Frontier can kiss my ass. It is so much worse trying to get BP than happiness evolutions, and the only way to get the Razor Claw (which evolves Sneasel into Weavile) is by earning 48 BP.
