Alright. So here is the tally of points that were given out.

For Monday:

With a bunch of guesses for a character update, many people got the general guess 2 points. They are:

Sessha - 6
Stevey - 2
Luigi Dude - 2
Spak-Spang - 2
Nuclearspeed - 2 points.
Rachtman - 2

But the big winner was Sessha who got 6 points on the prediction. Now Sessha may have been expecting more points but saying Mother doesn't count as a superspecific prediction. It's really a part of the specific prediction part. For examples of what counts as superspecific, see Luigi Dude's predictions or mine for character reveals.

Also, I counted Nuclearspeed's two points because he said character profile although he was predicting about character moves. I just want to mention that I use a different guess order for character moves. It goes:

(General) Character moves
(Specific) *Name of Character* and *Type of move update. Final Smash, Special moves, Regular moves, etc*
(SuperSpecific) A name of a move or what sort of a move might be shown. I.E. Kirby boils an enemy in a pot.

Now for Tuesday's update, the following people recieved points:

Spak-Spang - 2 points
Stevey - 2 points (I'm not sure if that is a story update or not but since he said movie update he gets the points.)
Luigi Dude - 2
Khushrenada - 2

Now with Stevey, I'm not sure if the update about Snake joining the Brawl is part of the story or not but since he did add movie in brackets, I'm giving him the two points.

Finally, Bill predicted Ness for Monday but it was Lucas. For Tuesday, he predicted Metroid Stage but it was Shadow Moses. If only Bill included a general guess, he too would be reaping the points. Now, I'm not sure if Bill is actually interested in playing the prediction game for points but I'm going to be generous and give him two more points (1 for each day) for being so darned close and for always participating. Yes, charity points they are.

The best thing about these updates is that it proves Sakurai visits this thread. Vudu decided to participate and slam the game at the same time. However, these past two updates have completely ruined his theory and he is the one who has gotten slammed for insulting the predicition game. So beware. Sakurai doesn't like anything negative said about the udates.

D@mn I was gonna to guess MGS stage too as a 2nd but didn't want to be the 50th on to say stage>> also the movie(story) thing was I wasn't sure if movie counted as a update type or not..

Ok. Khush thanks for making it easier. I couldn't remember if it was 1 or 2 points for each level. It is 2 points, so perhaps I can actually keep up with the smaller updates.

Man, we get too excited when we hear big stuff and don't predict the normal stuff.

Great update last night. Really needed that boost in the polls. Well, let's see who gets points:

Bill +2 (Made the general predicition of new item)
Sessha + 2 (General prediction correct)
Khushrenada +4 (General prediction correct plus 2 points for predicting assist trophy on specific)

Unfortunately, I predicted the wrong character so I couldn't get the full 4 points for a specific guess. Well, what now Sakurai? I'm thinking music, story mode or character moves. Hmmm.

I just finished the last points update for Khush, and we now have a 4 way tie. FANTASTIC.
I also tried to update the points for Wednesday. Not many people made predictions, I thought there was more, but didn't see them.

I got:
Spak-Spang jumping 4 points for a how to play update, and Shielding/Dodging. I dunno what to do about my super specific, because I got Snake, but not Mario...and it didn't show Snakes box which I thought surely would be his shield. I will let Khush rule on that.

I love the double update and Samus's shields being lowered by Snake is pretty funny. He keeps on hitting on her and hitting on her until her defenses are down and then begins to dodge his advances. She is a very strong willed girl...she must listen to Pink.

I doubt we will get another character reveal. They usually do one per week. If anything we are getting a Melee veteran. Its been weeks since we last saw a Melee veteran profile. I predict Captain Falcon.

Running statistically, the last week we didn't get a character profile they gave us two the next: Pokemon Trainer and Peach...(Of course, I'm totally jinxing this now...)

Congratulations Spak. Largest point total yet. A grand total of 8 points.

General guess correct - 2
Specific Guess correct - 4
Superspecific guess partly correct - 2 points. I felt that in your post you made three specific predictions. Therefore, I divided the 6 points available by 3 and made each worth two more. Since only one third of the prediction was right, one third of the points was given.

Also of note was LuigiHann who gained 4 points. I know LuigiHann decided to just post that he predictes what he always predicts but it's fairly obvious what he meant. Going by his last post in which he wrote out his prediction he gets:

General Guess correct - 2
Specific Guess half correct - Final Smash but wrong character - 2 points.

I however forgot to make my prediction last night and paid for it because I was going to predict Kirby's final smash also. Darn the luck. Well, I better decide quickly for tonight.
