been in production a long time?
It was originally being made for the PSX!! I'm not sure exactly how long, but it's somethng like 5 years!

The games set in the future, you infiltrate a big corporation (you're a cop), and you can upgrade your body parts. choosing to be either a big hard ass, guns-blazing type... or the other extreme, a stealthy quick, ninja type of player... or something in between.
sounds very interesting, something unique. What I've seen of the graphics (very little), it looks very nice, and very stylish.

From the name I'm guessing either monsters or robots (whatever) are too human (meaning they are cruel, and cunning)
or the character is Too human (meaning too weak, slow, frail) and you have to upgrade him to make him a contender.
hopefully we'll see something about too Human at E3.

Apparently the storyline changes depending on which attachments you choose to add so the game itself is not very linear and there would be major replay value when you complete it.

It has also been in the works for a very long time and it uses the same graphics engine as eternal darkness which wont hurt.

Im guessing the less you ''add on'' to your character the more rewarding, although difficult the game will be as you progress.

yeah i think its very neat to buy body parts to suit your preferences.
the game hasnt actually been worked on for 5 years though, they did make eternal darkness for quite some time and i doubt they were working too much on too human.  nevertheless that game will rock!
Deftones own.

I'm willing to say that Silicon Knights worked more on Eternal Darkness than they have on Too Human even after the "5 years" it's been in development.  I could be wrong of course, if, for instance, Silicon Knights is large enough (and willing) to work on a game like Too Human alongside Eternal Darkness (which also had a notoriously long dev-time).

I only say that because it'd be sad if everyone started getting hopped up on the game because development started so long ago and yet it had been, for some time, let's say, been put on the back-burner.  See what I'm getting at?

Anyway, I, like everyone else, am thirsting for some real, new info on this thing.

Eternal Darkness was running on a "subset" of the Too Human engine.  They were making progress on Too Human's skeleton while working on ED.

Denis and Silicon Knights aren't talking about Too Human because they realized that they overhyped Eternal Darkness and started talking about it FAR too soon ... and it ballooned into something that they couldn't possibly live up to.  They're going to make sure that doesn't happen again.  So don't expect to see anything about it until it's fairly far along.

That's fair I suppose....  But for me Eternal Darkness matched my expectations perfectly.  I was a little dissapointed with the length, but everything else was perfect.

Continuing the mature/intelligent thing Silicon Knights has going (ignore the ending of ED...), it'ssupposed to look at the controvercial issues of bio-enginearing humans, etc.
