yer my mate ordered it with credit card over the phone and we got all 3 delivered to my house. You can also pay with money order she said,

Nintendo Australia Customer Service: ph (03) 97309822  business hours 8:30am - 5:30pm, mon-fri.

This information is at the back of the mario kart manual on the last page down the bottom.
