Topic: Mario Sunshine: Noki Bay - The Shell's Secret

let me preface this by saying I suck in general at all the "secret" levels, but this one's really making me wanna throw things.  very early in the level there is a series of 3 moving platforms with pink squares, which you have to get to using a spinning wall kick, but I die over and over again and can't seem to aim the jump so that I can kick the wall in the right spot.  confused yet??  and the second place in the same level is the area with brown woodlike walls that you have to do more wall kicks and side cartwheels to get up to the first of three spinning logs.

Can anyone help?? this is the last freaking level I have to do before I can unlock Corona Mountain, but man I must have died a couple hundred times this weekend.
