Topic: Burn out 2 progresive scan woes

I am using a modded D-sub cable, using the typical mod floating out on the web.

And I am having trouble getting Burn Out 2 to run in Progresive scan mode.

I hold down the 'B' button when I start up the GC but no option pops up asking me to set it for progressive scan mode.

Every other game I have with the PS option works perfectly, just not BO2

Anyone else have this problem?

BTW, My friend has an HD tv and BO2 works fine with PS on his TV.

I don't own the game, but when I was watching Windy play a year or so ago, I remember something about having to go through the menu...though that may have been activating widescreen, not progressive scan.  Just a possibile suggestion.

OK, nevermind I figured it out.

The menu is different and the music comes on, so I thought it was'nt working.

Checked out on my TV to see what was going on.
