After yesterday's news that Neal Ronaghan would be stepping down as director to be succeeded by John Rairdin, the guys thought it would be a good idea to sit down and talk future plans. John and Neal will also be taking any questions you may have about the transition and the future of the site, though they are also open to questions about their favorite kind of cheese and preferred brand of soda.

What kind of changes should we expect to the way content is shown on the site and YT videos? 

Also is there going to be an upgrade for the forums soonish?
