unless you can prove what you are saying, well....
I've already shown my gba sp (running Castlevania under direct sunlight of course) to various people which also own a gba sp and they all confirmed the existence of this "display error" on my gba.
BTW how should I proove it in this forum? <sarcasm> Should I take photos, film the flickering elements with a digi cam, or send the handheld to you? </sarcasm>
I just asked for opinions, maybe I am not used to the gab screen and this behaviour is normal, maybe someone had the same problems.

Did you try turning the light off? Because if you have a direct light source like the sun, you don't need the light on.
Already tried this, and there is no difference between "light on" and "light off". I mean the screen or parts of the screen are still flickering under direct sunlight.

Why don't you just call Nintendo. If it's a GBA:SP it should still be under warranty. I play mine outside every day, in blazing California sunlight, and I have not had a single problem.
Thanks, at least you confirmed that this kind of behaviour/ error doesn't occur on your gba SP. I'll return the machine to the shop where I bought it (already informed the seller about this issue).
