http://www.serebii.net/colosseum/scenario.shtml
In Pokemon colosseum it will have a rpg mode called secnario mode. You will play as "super keel" A member from team snatch and can battle and the steal(capture) other trainers pokemon. Then you cn put the pokemon you steal in ruby/sapphire. Also the trainers in secnario mode will have the old pokemon. So now it's confirmed how you get the old pokemon into ruby/saphhire. No deatils if it will have towns or gym battles or leagues yet or if it will be online. The website do have some screen shots. Looks like i'm going to be dusting off the cube com december (A little eariler got to get mario kart fzero and sonic heroes)
Vegeta (Goku I need something to blast. Throw me a X-BOX)

No Cubone in r/s what the hell was nintendo thinking?

Funny, I thought this blue cartridge lodged into my GBA WAS a Pokemon RPG! Silly me. ;P

But yeah, that does sound interesting... if it's true.

Hmmm i just thought about something.  How are you suppose to put the pokemon that you catch/steal into your ruby/sapphire games ? For Pokemon stadium they had that transfer pack that you would stick in under the conroller. Any ideas ?

Nintendo has this device call a GBA Link Cable. It will probably be utilized in some way. Perhaps, and this is just a complete guess on my part, but just maybe you will plug the Link cable into the GCN and the GBA. Then you will be able to transfer info back and forth.
