Yeah I was screwed by them I ordered Splinter Cell and Burnout 2 from them on 4/10/03 and I still haven't got Burnout 2 and I didn't get Splinter Cell until 5/19/03. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they removed it. I want my Burnout 2 damn it.
