Mii Force Assemble!

http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/reviewmini/35166

Out of the four new StreetPass games, Mii Force is the most linear and likely the one that would hold up best as an actual game unhinged from the StreetPass experience. Coming from Kirby’s Epic Yarn developer Good-Feel, it contains 15 levels filled with fun, shoot-’em-up insanity that are packed with an ample amount of secrets.

The setup is barebones, with your Mii leading the Mii Force in the constant struggle against the Gold Bone Gang. It is, however, awfully funny, with superb writing for your robot liaison and different villains. Though the beginning is very tame, the 15 levels get challenging by the end. Oftentimes, most of the difficulty comes from accruing enough StreetPasses or using enough Play Coins to get your maximum crew of 10 out in the wild.

You can house up to 10 other Miis to fire out of four different points on the ship (three in the front; one in the back). The color of your crew dictate your weapon, and some weapons are better for different situations, adding in a degree of strategy. You can also stack the weapons to boost their power. Oftentimes, you have a choice between having three singular weapons, or having one super-powerful weapon. Which method is preferred depends on what enemies you’re facing.

Even after you’ve finished the campaign, you can still replay each stage to get all the side objectives, which include finding hidden jewels and making it through without losing a ship. You can even attempt the brutal Arcade mode, where you have to beat the entire game with one crew.

Mii Force might end quickly, but it is the most polished of the four new StreetPass games. If you can only pick one and you have an affinity for classic side-scrolling shoot-’em-ups, Mii Force is the game to get. Regardless, even if you’re only living off of Play Coins, Mii Force is a fantastic addition to the 3DS library.

MiiForce is probably my favorite of the three, but my least played of the three.

I would have totally had one long, grueling play session with this game if not for the StreetPass requirement.  That kills it for me, as I want to "perfect" a level before moving on to the next and this game doesn't really allow for that - even more so since you can't play the level over and over back to back until you get it right.
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.
