Is it worth listing price drops and/or sales?  I noticed today that Rising Board 3D is on sale 50% off, but not listed in the main category that usually tracks sale items.  There have also been several nice price drops for digital content (Code of Princess, Tetris Axis) that didn't seem to get any advertising...

I would say yes, posting sales and price drops is worth noting. I know some people (like me) don't usually check the eShop, so we may not be aware of unadvertised sales.

I am getting extremely annoyed by the fact that the 3DS VC has become another excuse for Nintendo to say "lets release more NES games... " In fact here is a list of 3DS vc games released in North America since Valentines Day...
