Original Freakyforms Game to be Removed From Australian and New Zealand eShop

The original eShop version of Freakyforms: Your Creations, Alive! will no longer be available to purchase from the Australian and New Zealand eShop after September 12, 2012, the eShop's news announcements page reveals.

The game had already been removed in Europe when the sequel, Freakyforms Deluxe: Your Creations Alive!, was released on the eShop on August 17. The deletion of the original title will most likely be mirrored in the United States when the deluxe version launches there on November 5, 2012.

I totally just jumped on the eShop to buy the old version of FreakyForms before this happens in NA.
