There are four developers that I'm aware of here.
The one that made Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, Infogrames and Acclaim. There's also the one that handled the development of South Park Racing.

AS for the Aussie shows, I remember in a very distant issue of N64 Gamer (remember them?), they had a story that said Sydney was going to host a game show of it's own, but on a smaller scale than E3, but it was going to hvae Nintendo, Sony and other developers. It was going to be held at the Sydney Convention Center in Darling Harbour.
Other than that, there's no shows here. And if there was, what would Nintendo of Australia do?

Crash bandacout (how ever u spell it) for psx
was party made in north adelaide in South Australia
They showed it on a program on tv a few years ago
they went inside the Dev house.

Most of the shows over here are from computer products
there was a 3D graphics trade show over here just before xmas
which was ment to show off the latest computer games and how the 3D products used them

I know about those.
In 2000, there was the 3Decemeber show. It's all about 3D graphics and animation.
I like those shows. I'm not really interested in the PC shows, which are probably all that we have here.

God... it must suck to be a gamer in Australia.  You guys get NOTHING. :/  Move to the US, Japan, or somewhere in Europe.

There's a developer in Melbourne called "Melbourne House".  What a terrible name!  They are on Queens Road, next to Albert Park Lake, were the F1 Grand Prix is hosted.  I think their lastest game was a F1 game release for PS2.
