Resident Evil: Revelations sold 158,012 copies in its first week in Japan, according to ASCII.

This means that the game sold roughly 75% of its initial shipment since its release in Japan on January 26, 2012. The game is available now in North America, Australia, and Europe. You can read our review of the game here.

I can see why it's doing so well. I already had high expectations for this game but has FAR surpassed them! It is by far one of the best Resident Evil games I've played to date. The graphics are spectacular, the game play is smooth and responsive, (despite me not having the Circle Pad yet), and the voice acting is great. Great work on this one guys, great work!
