At some point in my life, if my financial situation is in the green, I plan on opening up a club that plays hours upon hours of remixed video game tracks.  If you've been to sites like remix.overclocked.org you know what I'm talking about.  Even some of the current games, such as Timespliters 2, has a lot of tracks that can certainly be danced to.

I've actually thrown a party in my dorm room where I only played remixed video game tracks for people to dance to -- most of those that I invited didn't initially realize that they were video game tracks, but that doesn't really matter when you are dancing the night away!

Lastly, gaming music isn't as appriciated as it should be.  A club should be opened up where you can go in, dance away, rest in a small arcade room (we don't want THAT to dominate the club), and dance on again!

I don't have any details as to what exactly the club would look like -- right now it's just a concept floating around in my head!  So what do you all think??
Gaming is more than entertainment, it's a lifestyle.

Heh.  When that happens, let some gamer know about it.  The place will be packed in no time flat.  There is a HUGE demand for such a thing.

This could be a huge thing. I know I'd love to go clubbing to video game remixes and such.
An arcade near the restrooms would have to be a must though. People need something to keep their mind off wetting themselves. And a game of DDR would work at treat. All that jumping and bouncing around....

STUPIDEST IDEA EVER!

The point of clubs etc. is to, in a roundabout way, score with WOMEN. I mean, sure there is dancing and drinking and all that, but really they're all a smoke screen for meeting someone. What self-respecting lady would go to a club that played purely videogame remixes? In case you haven't noticed, videogames is to no end a MALE-GEEK dominated field of interest.

If you want to make some boy-on-boy, geek-on-geek action, feel free. Count me out, however.
