Topic: Chrono Trigger Announced for European Virtual Console

Square Enix is bringing the highly anticipated game to the Wii this quarter.

After being announced for a release in Japan this month, Nintendo announced today that Chrono Trigger will arrive in European territories sometime this quarter.

No specific release date was revealed, but expect to see it on the service before July.

Now Jon just needs to buy a European Wii and download Chrono Trigger on that!

I wish Nintendo of America would stop playing coy and just announce the damn game for the North American Virtual Console as well now.  It's coming out on the other two regions, so we know it's going to come here eventually.  It would just be nice to know when.

North America will get it for 800 while the rest of the world will suffer for 900 points. (Japan has an RPG tax, this would constitute Hanabi festival in PAL)
