So from what the article says this is going to be you versus the monster type deal.  Does anyone think they'll get this?  I've been tempted to get Monster hunter because people keep comparing it to PSO.

It's missing all the parts that make me at all interested in Monster Hunter. It's just one-on-one monster battling; as the article says, it's basically Infinity Blade, except not as good.

I didnt' want to make a new thread, but it looks like PS3 is also getting another version of Monster Hunter.

PSP's MHP3rd is getting an HD Classics Remake for the PS3 and it supports 3D.

But the 3DS needs games NOW yesterday!!

It needs to be out by TGS, not announced at. Although MH3DS for Xmas shopping season would be a VERY big deal in Japan.
