Pi Studios Not Closed

Despite previous rumors to the contrary, Pi Studios is still alive.

Pi Studios is still open for business, according to president Robert Erwin. When contacted by IGN, Erwin said "Reports of our death are greatly exaggerated."

Pi Studios, the developer behind Wii titles such as Call of Duty 3 and the first two editions of Rock Band, had reportedly closed last week, as per a story from Big Download. The company had been most recently developing a new Bonk title, Bonk: Brink of Extinction, for WiiWare and other download platforms. The status of that game is still unknown.
