So, a co-worker was telling me of a very interesting thing that happened to him the other day.
Customer comes up to him and asks where the shovels are at. In our store, they're located out in our Lawn and Garden patio, under a sheltered area that's kinda cut off by a small wall - a little secluded. So, my co-worker walks the guy out to where the shovels are at.
The guy looks at the shovels, then looks to my co-worker...
"Well, what I really wanted was a hand job."
...
My co-worker, slightly confused and very concerned, look at the customer and, hoping he heard the customer wrong said "I'm sorry, what?"
The customer then made a small digging motion with his fist and said "You know, a little hand-held shovel."
These are the people in your neighborhood....
